Harmony is a blockchain that is built around network shards, enabling for speed, security, and low costs. I led the new design team to capture a new spirit and visual identity for the company.
Heavy on the gradients and illustrations, most web3 brands want to occupy a similar design space. It works across the board and for the most part, it becomes humdrum. This gives me a feeling that there’s an area of design that we can occupy, and call it our own.
As a product designer, I am constantly inspired by the world around me. I find inspiration in nature, in the buildings and structures that make up our cities, and in the art and design of different cultures.
I am also inspired by the challenges and needs of the people who will use the products I design, and I strive to create solutions that are both functional and beautiful. I believe that good design has the power to improve people's lives, and that is what drives me to create.
There's something about the added dimension that just feels more real, more alive. When users interact with a 3D design, it can transport them to another world, where the lines between reality and imagination are blurred.
But for me, the true power of 3D design lies in its ability to evoke emotions. The added dimension allows for a greater sense of immersion, making the design feel more personal, more tangible. It's like a window into another world, where anything is possible.
It was an absolute pleasure to work on this project and see the brand come to life. I am grateful for the trust and support from the team, and I am proud of the final result.
I am humbled by the positive feedback I have received on the brand design, and I am thankful for the chance to contribute to the success of the project.
